Our room was really spaceous. I am excited about the three different breakfast possibilities. I also enjoyed the helpful staff.
I was sad the rooms are little small. The passages are a tiny. The ceiling feels low, I felt a bit claustrophobic.

The swimming pool closed far too early. It shut at 4 PM each day which was a serious issue. I could not use the pool because of the hours. The pool should stay open later so I could enjoy it after sightseeing. The limited hours made pool access impossible for me.

The room was spacious. It met standards for this city. The curtains blocked light very well. Breakfast at the Garden Lounge on the lobby floor had a beautiful view of the Japanese garden. It made the start to each day nice.
There was no limousine bus service to Haneda airport. This was inconvenient. I found that some staff were inexperienced. They were polite but did not instill confidence. The land-line phone in my room had a crackling sound.

The location was convenient for transportation with two train lines within easy walking distance. A restaurant district is nearby.
When arriving at the hotel, they ushered me to a room full of chairs and had me take a number. I waited almost an hour. i booked non smoking rooms, but they tried to give me smoking rooms.
